Where have I been? This came out in 2007, before The Princess and the Frog. Apparently one reason why this short was produced was so that the rehired animators can try out a new workflow (to prepare for Frog). I'm glad this short is 2D and is reminiscent of the old shorts. I liked the many inside references in this one too. I had to pause it to see the John Lasseter one. This is proof that if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it (I'm referring to studios abandoning 2D animated features in favor of 3D).
