I know this is old news, but I just came back from a trip in NYC and heard about this story. I just had to see this video for myself.
Makes me wish SF and NY would adopt a grading system like LA does. But then that would mean the health inspectors would actually have to do their jobs.

I bet you there's one rat there who has a keen sense of smell and has dreams of becoming a chef. He's only cooking in a KFC/Taco Bell kitchen to pay his dues.
